What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept high-resolution files in PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and PSD formats. For the best print quality, we recommend a resolution of at least 300 DPI.

Are your stickers waterproof and weather-resistant?

Yes, our stickers are printed on premium vinyl with a UV-resistant laminate, making them waterproof and durable for both indoor and outdoor use.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Can I see a proof before my stickers are printed?

Absolutely! We send a digital proof to your email within 24 hours of your order. We won't start printing until you have officially approved the design.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Yes, we offer significant tier-based discounts for bulk purchases. The more stickers of the same design you order, the lower the price per unit.

What is your return policy for custom items?

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will replace your order free of charge.
